PLACEMENT GUARANTEE

We have a dedicated team to ensure that the potential candidates are gone through pre-screening, so that we could collect the potential and qualified candidates as per the job requirements. After visa confirmation, it takes approximately 15 days to 30 days for deployment of the candidates. However, sometimes, deployment may be affected by the client’s side, Government and local holidays, nevertheless, we have our own schedule to track the record for the best time for the deployment.

To find the qualified and potential candidates is always a challenging in itself in Nepal. However, we conduct seminars, skill training programs to sharp the potential candidates for the foreign employment. Meanwhile, we advertise materials in daily newspapers or through digital channels which is a great medium to collect the potential candidates.
