Every country has different documents requirements to meet the approval formality of the Department of Labour, Government of Nepal. According to the Foreign Employment Act 1985 and its second amendment of 1998, the Ministry of Labour has developed the procedures of recruiting manpower/workers from Nepal for the Gulf countries as follows:
Original copy of demand letter from the Overseas Employer with addressing to Beta Manpower Nepal Pvt. Ltd. And mentioning the numbers of required workers in different categories with monthly salaries, the period of the contract, duty hours, food, accommodation, medical facilities, insurance, Overtime Facility and all other benefits to the workers.
Original copy of power of attorney from the overseas employer including all the necessary formalities, required number, category, and salary offered accordingly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective country and Royal Nepal Embassy if available in the country.
Addressing to the Consulate General of the concerned embassies, suggesting to them that the Beta Manpower Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is their delegated and bonafide recruiting agent fully authorized to deal with all visa matters, submission, and delivery, with the respected Embassy, mentioning the visa number and the date of issue, etc., in the Letter.
Inter-party Agreement between Employer and Beta Manpower Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
Addressing to Beta Manpower Nepal Pvt. Ltd., should executive an Employment Agreement between themselves stating fully and precisely the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply workers from Nepal. This agreement must be signed by both parties towards the acceptance of stated terms to the execution of the recruitment procedure.
Guarantee on behalf of the employer company starting that the worker will be working in the employing country only. This letter must be attested by the Embassy of Nepal.
Note: This Demand Letter / Power of Attorney must be properly endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce and finally attested by the Nepalese Embassy existing in the country of employment & Letter of Authority / Inter-Party Agreement / Employment Agreement / Guarantee Letter must be attested by the Nepalese Embassy of the concerned country.© 2019 All Rights Reserved.
