Deployment Procedure

Documents needed from the employer for Processing and Accreditation with Nepal’s Ministry of Labour (MOL):

  • Original Visa Advice
  • Consulate Letter
  • Demand Letter
  • Power Of Attorney
  • Duel Employment Contracts
  • Bloc Visa or Visa Quota
  • Copy of Company Registration or Photocopy of Employers Passport (for the individual employer)

Manpower Pooling
After the final interview, the employer’s representative categories the selected candidates into two parts like A1 (first lot) and A2 (backup second lot). Upon procurement of the labor demand before the receipt of the prerequisites recorded in, we will start the pooling of the contractors. Besides our present pool, the possible shortage may be aided with the following procedures:
  • Print and Broadcast Media Advertisement
  • On-the-spot-sourcing (City and Provincial)
  • Our Highly Qualified Agents
  • Recommended Personnel

Selection of Contract Workers
The mode of selection of contract workers may be executed under the following procedures:
Selection by Employer’s Authorized Representative:

As per the scheduling time with an employer, we interview at our office to select the most competent and suitable candidates for the required job categories.

Transmittal of Resumes:

We send all the qualified candidate’s resumes to the Employers by email or fax.

Agency Selection:

Sometimes, employers may authorize to select the qualified workers and dispatched accordingly by the agency.

Full Documentation Assistance for Selected Candidates
We assist to all the selected candidates of documentation like Medical report, Police report, overseas employment certificate, exit pass, Trade test report, authenticated credentials, and passport for travel procedures to be submitted to the labor office and embassy. Before departure, every candidate will have to take the orientation class wherein we teach about rules and regulations, traditions, customs, living environment, etc. of the destination country.

Periodic Progress Report
We update the total number of workers’ travel papers to the employer accordingly. Flight details also will be sent one day before departure to guarantee that someone from the employer’s side will pick up the arriving staff at the airport terminal.

Repatriation
We always send the competed and qualified candidates to meet the employer’s job requirements. However, there may be some causes beyond the out of hand that the contracted employees repatriated, within three months probationary period, we ensure the workers' abilities essentially in terms of physical, mental and technical expertise. To this point, we will acknowledge particularly to get notification from you and upon your request, we will send all the detailed and required information for the common compensation and other terms and conditions for your reference.

Communication with Customer
Our responsibility does not end after deployment. We communicate with our deployed candidates through phone, email or other mediums about the working environment.
