Visa Processing Steps

1: Demand for Employer (by fax or email)
The following original documents are required for any recruitment from Nepal.
  • Demand Letter
  • Power of Attorney
  • Employment Contract
  • Guarantee Letter
  • Agreement between Employer and Beta Manpower Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
  • Letter to Director General, Department of Labor Department ktm, Nepal
  • Letter to Ambassador, Embassy of Nepal from receiving country.

2: Submitted Document Verification
Upon receipt of the manpower recruitment documents from you, we approach the Ministry of Labour for government authorization and they may get in touch with you directly to verify these documents. On such events, we kindly request you for kind cooperation with this verification, please.

3: Interview Process
Upon receipt of the permission for recruitment form the Ministry of Labor (MoL), we take out an advertisement in leading Daily Newspapers. The applicants are interviewed and pre-screened for suitable candidates by the recruitment officers of Beta Manpower Nepal Pvt. Ltd. Only the shortlisted candidates are called for the final interview selection with CVs or trade test where applicable by the representative of the employer.

4: Medical Checkup
All the selected candidates are sent for the medical checkup. This medical examination is done only by the panels of doctors who are authorized by the Ministry of Labor to do so. Only the candidates who pass all the medical tests are then forwarded for the further process of recruitment.

5: Visa Process
Only who pass the medical test, eligible for the visa process.

6: Employment Visa
The sixth step is the process for the employment visa of the candidates. The process of obtaining visas is different for different countries.

7: Orientation
Before the travel date and after the receipt of visas, each of the candidates are required to take orientation classes to be eligible to get the final approval from Labor Department, Nepal. During the orientation classes, Candidates are informed about their jobs, safety procedures, teach them to honor the different religions, rules and regulations of the country, customs and traditions of the other nationalities they will meet and work with.

8: Deployment
After clearance of all the above mentioned steps and clearance of service charges (if any involved) the candidates are finally ready to be deployed.

9: Follow Up
After deployment, we make sure to employers, dispatched laborers properly joined the company not, they begin to work or not, get paid or not and other facilities as mentioned in the agreement paper they are getting or not.
