The terms and conditions depend on the Foreign Employment Act of Nepal, They fundamentally focus for advantage and privileges of the migrated employees.


• First Party will provide the mandatory documents such as Demand letter, Power of Attorney, Recruitment Agreement, Employment contract, Guarantee Letter with attestation by Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Nepalese Embassy of that particular country on behalf of the Second Party to complete all the government procedure in Nepal.

• Demand letter issued on behalf of the Second Party, First Party will guarantee the task of person to person enrolment.

• In the place of First Party, Second Party will consent to mobilize the required number of workers and will send all the credentials documents (CVs & Bio-Detail of Candidates) which are asked by the First Party.

• To hold the Article No. 2, First Party will provide visa of the workforce and will take guarantee for the fulfillment of all the conditions agreed upon the employee regarding salary, accommodation, and other benefits as per Demand Letter.

• First Party will give visas for the Nepalese workforce and will ensure for the fulfillment of the considerable number of conditions agreed upon the worker regarding salary, accommodation and different advantages according to Demand Letter.

• Second Party will be liable for all enrolment formalities in Nepal with regard to advertising, shortlisting, trade tests selection, medical checkup, completion of visa and immigration formalities, including air tickets to a particular country, reservation and timely departure of the selected manpower from Nepal at the sole cost of Second Party.

• If the supplied workers by the Second Party are disqualified during a probationary period of 3 months, the second party will replace them and take them back to their home country at its own cost.

• The duration of a contract will be at least 2 years and will be a renewal for another term. If the First Party and employees are mutually agreed upon. There will be no interference by Second Party.

• The employee must work 8 hrs. per day in a week with one day off per week as per the contract paper. Additional works will be considered as overtime as per the labor law of the country.

• After finished the contract period, the First Party will give free one-way air ticket to Employee, however, if the employment contract renewed then also the first party will provide free return air ticket.

• The First Party will provide free accommodation, medical, insurance, and food. If food is not included there then food gratuity has to provide along with salary.

• If the Second Party is not satisfied with the supplied workers from the second party, the second party will be responsible for the cost of air tickets of the workers.

• The Second party guarantees to supply the predefined quality workers to first-party within 15-20 days from the date of approved visas.

• Any complaint between the first party and Employee shall be solved as per the labor laws of the country.
